Here at Groucott Moor, we understand how unsettling the changing climate is. We want to reassure you that Groucott Moor we are here to advise and support you in any way that we can. Andrew and all the team remain on hand at all times to provide you with support and guidance so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need to.

We would like to reassure you that we are monitoring developments closely and putting in place sensible measures as the Government guidelines continue to be reported.

Operational Practice Going forward

We would also like to reassure you of our business continuity planning that would enable us to continue to provide a high level of service in the event that our staff have to work remotely.

We have, recently as a firm, embraced and invested in technology to enable operation through the cloud, which includes the use of various technologies and will enable us to continue to provide you with a full service, ‘business as usual’

We have listed below a number of actions we are taking to ensure that we can maintain business as usual:

  • Ensuring that all the team have the ability to work from home can remotely access systems within a secure IT environment
  • Reviewing and prioritising our workflow to ensure that we can maintain the services required by clients

Employee and Client Safety importance

The health, safety and well-being of employees and clients is of upmost importance to us and we are providing guidance to employees.

Please be aware, that to ensure the safety of clients and themselves, our staff will not be visiting client premises going forward until things change and we have further clear government guidelines to follow. We would now ask that all unnecessary visits to Lombard House are now ceased until further notice .

Should you need to attend Groucott Moor offices you will be asked to sanitize your hands and also asked , if you have had contact with anyone with coronavirus and/or been advised to self-isolate. Again, this would only be as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of the virus.

Continuing Communication

This is a constantly evolving situation and we want to provide the reassurance that we are taking sensible precautions to minimise the impact on employees and clients, whilst continuing to carry out our business to a high standard.
